I had spent my childhood in the state of Madhya Pradesh and then moved to Mumbai for work. Hence, I have a specidal connection with this food. I have had a lot of varities of Poha all through my life. 🙂

During my school days, I used to see that the street food vendors in MP give it with a piece of lemon topped with coriander and pomegranate pearls which could make anyone drool over it. 🙂

I love this food so much that I can make this in dinner as well whenever I want to have something light, quick yet healthy.

My son also likes it a lot and we top it with some Bhujiya sev or some Lehsun sev.
