Who doesn’t like Mangoes and who doesn’t like Ice cream. I am sure there must be a very few people in the world who don’t like these two things. In cas they don’t like they are definitely missing something. 🙂

I often think, if a Mango would be a human being, it must be so proud of itself because it is the only fruit which every individual loves and respect for it’s unlimited qualities, varieties and taste. It is used to make numerous recipes both in raw and ripe forms. Pheww…lot f imagination!! 😀

Infact every kid loves Mangoes whereas it is always challenging for mothers to feed their kids with fruits and healthy food.

In this post, I am sharing the recipe for very creamy, delicious and easy Mango Ice cream which exactly tastes like the ones we get from the market.

I make it in Summers every year and my family loves it and during the pandemic, it is always good to prepare the things at home and recreate the same magic. 🙂

To add a litte twist and a little more flavour, I have added vanila custard mix in the ice cream.

Mango Custard Icecream Recipe

  1. Add mango pulp in a blender jar and blend into a smooth paste. Keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, take custard powder and add 1 tablespoon of milk.
  3. Mix well to avoid lumps.
  4. Heat 1 cup of milk in a pan and bring it to boil.
  5. Add sugar to taste and let it dissolve.
  6. Now, add custard mixture and mix well.
  7. Let the milk cool down a little and add mango pulp. Mix it well using a whisker so that there are no lumps.
  8. In a mixing bow, take 1 cup of heavy whipping cream.
  9. Whisk it using a hand or electric whisker until the stiff peaks form.
  10. Add the mango & milk mixture. and mix well.
  11. Tranfer the mango cream in an air tight container or a tin.
  12. Top it with some fresh mango chunks.
  13. Freeze it over night and enjoy the creamy Mango Custard Ice Cream.
