Mango Lassi

Mangoes are the best thing about summers and there are definitely the justified reasons behind it being called as a “King of fruits.” The fragrance of a ripe mango is a kind of addictive. There could be hardly anyone who would say “No” to mangoes.There are unlimited natural varieties of mangoes available like Alphonso, Dasheri, Safeda, langda, chausa, badami and many more. The same way there are countless recipes which can be prepared with mangoes either raw or ripe. Here, I am sharing the Mango Lassi recipes which one of the simple, healthy & easiset recipes made out of mangoes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Mangoes
  • 2 cups curd (I used home made curd)
  • Sugar to taste
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Note:To give more flavor to it, a pinch of cinnamon powder & cardamom powder can be added.

Recipe:

1. Peel and chop the mangoes and put in a blender jar.

2. Add Sugar to it as per taste.

3. Add curd and ice cubes to it. Blend it well in the blender to give a smooth creamy texture.

4. Chilled mango lassi is ready to serve.
