Masala Chai

Chai in India is something that people can’t live without. We Indians don’t need a reason to have Chai be it a bed tea on a chilled winter morning , a hot cup of tea during monsoon or a chai with a best buddy over the endless conversations.

Though, tea is a drink invented by British people but we Indians have added our own spices and flavors to it like Ginger tea, tulsi tea, elaichi tea, lemon tea, cutting, kulhad tea and the list goes on.
Tea is something which everyone has a peculiar taste for. Here, I am trying to share the simplest masala chai for all the Tea lovers 🙂
